On April 3–4, 2024, Marsh McLennan hosted our second Black Leaders Symposium in Atlanta, GA. Building on our momentum from 2023, this year we welcomed nearly 200 Black C-Suite leaders and executives to discuss their most pressing business challenges and opportunities.

Support to Black Communities
Our Social Justice Double Match Program, established in 2020, in which Marsh McLennan matches colleagues’ donations to organizations that support racial justice and equity. Our financial commitments and partnerships with A Better Chance (US), Black Girls Code (US), Blueprint for All (UK) and Gideon's Promise (US) to advocate for equity for the Black community.
